Privacy policy

How we handle the information you share with us.

This policy describes how PayShore LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with our websites, applications, and Services — and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy describes how PayShore LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("PayShore," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with our websites (including https://www.payshore.com), applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

PayShore provides business software for multi-bank cash visibility, approvals, payment requests, B2B payments, invoice workflows, and counterparty management. We are a B2B company, and the Services are intended for business users.

Where we process personal information on behalf of a business customer (for example, about that customer's authorized users or counterparties), the customer is the controller of that information and we act as its service provider or processor under our Data Processing Agreement. In that case, the customer's own privacy notices and instructions apply, and requests from the affected individuals should be directed to the customer. This Policy describes the activities where we act on our own behalf, primarily on our marketing website and in business-development interactions.
